Better Service Inc - Heating, Cooling and Plumbing Repair Services

We just had a Daikin mini split installed on our glassed in porch by Joshua. It’s a 4 season room now that cools in 5 minutes. Josh was very knowledgeable and personable and inspires trust. Got it done in 2 1/2 days. Reasonable price. I highly recommend this company!

We had a leak and horrible smell. Mr. Dexter showed up on time, assessed the problem and even helped toned down the smell until he could get the situation fixed. Mr. Dexter was VERY polite and courteous. He informed, showed me the issues and explained what needed to be done. He finished in a timely manner AND CLEANED UP! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND MR. DEXTER, request him him for your issues!

Our warranty company over the years has sent various Heating and Cooling companies. Our last need we were serviced by Better Service from their assessment to conclusion they provided some of the best service we’ve encountered in recent years. From our interaction with the office to the technicians they sent to take care of our problem. They provided better service than most. The tech William was great, super nice! Customer service was great and the price was cheaper than most of the other companies bids. Sewer line was clogged and they solved it quick and efficiently! I would use them again forsure!

Our main line backed up and Better Service saved the day! Carrie was kind and professional. She communicated wonderfully and made sure we understood everything that needed to be done. Lloyd was our plummer. He was prompt and friendly. He was patient and even though the job turned out to be more work than we thought he remained professional and persistent and completed the work. Better Service came out twice to see us, and both times, Jordan was very friendly, helpful, and efficient. He was thorough in locating the problem, and knew what he was doing. He ended up fixing two problems because he found a natural gas leak first and fixed that. Then he took care of our plumbing issue. He was hard-working and quick. All the time, he was very couteous and kind, explaining to us everything he did. I would call Better Service again in a heartbeat, and I will always ask for Jordan!!

So the Tech Nate is a very nice person , very helpful and smart, answered all my questions and a few extra , lol . After the work was done later that afternoon I called Better Service to see if they offer guarantees house was not getting cool as I expected . Melissa suggested that I wait it out for the night to allow the home to cool , and she would call me in the morning , and she did at 8am .Didn't realize it was like over 80 degrees in my home. When I tell you I slept like a baby in a big blanket , my home is so nice and cool I can't thank them enough . I definitely will refer and go to Better Service Inc , customer service , and work is Better with Better Service .

I wouldn’t be able to go to sleep tonight without making this review about the service I received today from Dan at Better Service INC. It’s currently 11:15 pm on March 6, 2023. As a home owner, we all have that small little fear of the day when sewage water back flows into your basement, bathtub and out of your toilet. Ugh, that was me this past weekend! After waiting a few days for my homeowners warranty to assign me a plumber. I was pleasantly surprised to see that Better Services Inc was handling my nightmare of a plumbing problem. I had called them first thing in the morning. Mainly because, they had me scheduled to wait another day for services. I was informed that they were booked solid but would see what they could do to get me faster service. I can honestly say, I waited with fingers crossed hoping I would be able to take a decent shower by the end of the day. And sure enough, my phone was ringing a few hours later. Dan was an hour away and hand been working on a current job, he assured me with such a professional and confident tone that he would be able to solve my plumbing issue. When he arrived, I was surprised to see a smiling, business button down shirt, with jeans and boots on a PLUMBER who had been working all day. Dan came in, introduced himself and went right to work. He analyzed where and how the pipes were running through my walls to determine where the clog could be causing the back flow. Once determined with constant communication and clarity. He went right to work. He worked very thoroughly. He was completely friendly and made sure to communicate and double check the plumbing lines in my four story three full bathroom house. Within the hour……water was flowing, toilets were flushing and no BACK FLOW was flowing back into the tub or toilet. He also cleaned what ever it was he accidentally dirty. Long story short……..I am a happy home owner again with no fear of an un-welcomed sewage problem re-entering my home. Thank you Dan for keeping your word and for being so proficient. Thank you Better Service Incorporation for being understanding and for being prompt with my situation.
